CLA Temporarily Scales Down Operations
The Cannabis Licensing Authority (CLA) will temporarily scale down its operations effective Wednesday, November 4, 2020, until further notice. This is as a result of the report of a case of COVID-19 at the Authority.
Acting Senior Director of Operations, Faith Graham, says the Authority is “taking all necessary and appropriate actions consistent with the advice of the Ministry of Health & Wellness”, and will simultaneously implement arrangements for business continuity in line with its COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan to ensure it can continue to serve its clients.
The Authority implemented a ‘Restricted Visitor Policy’ in March 2020 that, among other things, required clients to set appointments in advance of their visits to the Authority.
The Authority will continue to serve its clients remotely and asks its clients, potential clients and stakeholders to contact the Authority by telephone at (876)654-7582 or by email at email@example.com for any questions and clarifications necessary.
